We have a dedicated R&D set up to study customers' product behavior & process requirement. With pilot equipment in Stainless steel and Hastelloy C-22, we encourage customers to use the facility at any stage of the business - prior, post or during the business deals.

Customers remain updated with the progress on the order placed with us through a web based application CRM (Customer Relation Management). Customers also get other useful information - like updates on drawings, commercial details and client profile over and above the order status. On placement of the order our customer is allotted an ID and password to access this facility. This is a specific application tool developed for our valued customer as a part of the customer service.
